Retourprocedure:
Is het product niet zoals u had verwacht of wilt u het om een andere reden retourneren? U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na herroeping heb je nog 14 dagen de tijd om het product te retourneren.
Als u de gehele bestelling retourneert, krijgt u het volledige orderbedrag gecrediteerd. De kosten van de retourzending (van u naar de webshop) zijn voor uw eigen rekening. Raadpleeg de website van de vervoerder voor de exacte tarieven. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, dient het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in de originele staat en verpakking te worden geretourneerd.
Stuur dan een e-mail om uw retour aan te melden. Na aanmelding ontvangt u van ons per e-mail een retourformulier, dat bij de retourzending moet worden ingevuld. Alleen dan kunnen wij het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw retour terugstorten, mits het product reeds in goede orde retour is ontvangen.

Return procedure:
Is the product not as you expected or do you want to return it for another reason? You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after reception without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount. The costs for the return shipment (from you to the webshop) are for your own account. Consult the carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.
Please send an email to register your return. After registration you will receive a return form from us by email, which must be filled in with the return shipment. Only then we are able to refund the order amount due within 14 days of reception of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
