Wij bieden wereldwijde en volledig verzekerde on-demand levering van onze design meubels op jouw adres. Dit doen we in samenwerking met DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD).
Na je bestelling stemmen wij persoonlijk de bezorggegevens met jou af.
DHL Wereldwijd netwerkMet DHL Express garanderen we snelle transittijden, een betrouwbare service, track & trace en knowhow lokaal, waar ook ter wereld. Je kiest zelf wanneer je jouw pakket wilt ontvangen. We bieden verschillende handige en flexibele bezorgopties. Je kiest online waar en wanneer jouw pakket wordt afgeleverd.
Wanneer jouw zending de weg op gaat, ontvang je direct een bericht per sms en/of e-mail om je te informeren over de verwachte bezorgdag. In het bericht staat een link naar het online ODD-systeem van DHL, makkelijk toegankelijk vanaf elke smartphone, tablet of pc.
Via ODD bepaal je direct hoe, waar en wanneer de bezorging plaatsvindtOp de dag van bezorging ontvang je nog een bericht per sms en/of e-mail zodat je precies weet wanneer je het pakket kunt verwachten. Zonder kennisgeving voor een alternatief adres, zullen we leveren op het oorspronkelijk door u opgegeven adres.
Beschikbare opties:Terwijl je zending onderweg is, kun je bij ODD kiezen uit de volgende mogelijkheden:
- Ophalen bij een DHL ServicepuntJe hoeft niet thuis te wachten. Je haalt de zending zelf op bij een DHL ServicePoint bij jou in de buurt
- Plan de bezorgingJe kiest een bezorgdatum die jou het beste uitkomt.
- Bezorgen bij de buren, receptie of beveiligingJe geeft DHL toestemming om de zending af te leveren bij de buren, receptie of beveiligingLevering op een ander adresJe geeft DHL toestemming om op een alternatief adres te bezorgen (zoals werk, gezin, school etc)
- Wachttijd op vakantieBen je op vakantie, dan kunnen wij de zending maximaal 30 kalenderdagen voor je bewaren.
Opmerking:Alle zendingen zijn verzekerd met de DHL Verzendverzekering. Naast de standaard aansprakelijkheid van DHL Express zijn alle zendingen aanvullend verzekerd op basis van de werkelijke waarde van de inhoud. Voor nog meer rust!

We offer various convenient and flexible delivery options. You choose online where and when your package is delivered.
When your shipment goes on the road, you will immediately receive a message by SMS and / or e-mail to inform you about the expected delivery day. The message contains a link to the online ODD system from DHL, easily accessible from any smartphone, tablet or PC.
Via ODD you can decide directly how, where and when the delivery takes placeOn the day of delivery you will receive another message by SMS and / or e-mail so that you know exactly when you can expect the package. Without notice for a alternative address, we will deliver to the address originally provided by you.
Available options:While your shipment is on the road, you can choose from the following options with ODD:
- Pick up at a DHL Service PointYou do not have to wait at home. You pick up the shipment yourself at a DHL ServicePoint in your neighborhood
- Schedule the deliveryYou select a delivery date that suits you best.
- Delivery at the neighbours, reception or security. You authorize DHL to deliver the shipment to the neighbours, reception or security
- Delivery to a different address. You give DHL permission to deliver at an alternative address (such as work, family, school etc)
- Waiting time on holidayIf you are on holiday, we can keep the shipment for you up to 30 calendar days.
Note:All shipments are insured with the DHL Shipment Insurance. In addition to the standard liability of DHL Express, all shipments are additionally insured on the basis of the actual value of the content. For even more peace of mind!
